Enhanced Column Customization in Feedback Portal
Objective:
To enable the addition of customizable columns in the Marker.io feedback portal, tailored to various integrations such as Asana, Trello, etc. Suggested columns include:
- Priority
- URL (to see what pages have most issues)
- Tags (for Asana integration)
- Labels (for Trello integration)
- Assignee (to identify responsible developers)
- Most Recent Activity (to sort feedback by the latest updates)
Key Benefits:
- Improved Organization:Enhances the categorization and sorting of feedback.
- Efficient Prioritization:Aids in the rapid and effective prioritization of tasks and feedback.
- Up-to-date Tracking:Ensures the most recent feedback and activities are easily accessible and actionable.
Summary:
The introduction of customizable columns, specific to each integration like Asana and Trello, aims to optimize the feedback management process in Marker.io. This enhancement is expected to boost productivity, provide clearer guidance in task prioritization, and allow for sorting feedback by the most recent activity to maintain an up-to-date workflow.

Add Column with Item Number
My360CRM
In a long list when you are resolving items, when you exit the editing popup the title of the item is not always remembered, the client puts their titles and sometimes it may not be very accurate, with the number it is easy to know what part of the list you are doing.

Better Sorting & Filtering in Issue List
Mark
Consider enhancements to the sorting options on the Project Dashboard page to streamline project management and improve user experience:
1. Sort by Open Feedback
- Current Function: Sorts by the most recent feedback.
- Requested Change: Enable sorting by feedback that is still open, rather than just the latest.
2. Sort by Total Open Feedback
- Projects should be ranked based on the quantity of open feedback.
- Example: A project with 10 open feedbacks should be prioritized above one with 9.
3. Sortable Columns
- Implement the functionality for all columns to be sortable. This feature will enhance overall organization and ease of finding specific information.
4. Alphabetical Feedback Sorting
- While somewhat related to the above point, specifically, the ability to sort feedback alphabetically would be highly beneficial for quick referencing and management.
These enhancements will significantly improve navigation and efficiency in managing projects, especially for those with numerous feedback entries.

Would it be possible to sort all issues of a project by the date of the last comment/update?

Issue Filtering
Harry Stirling
From a workflow perspective, I find it a bit cumbersome to filter for issues that need attention within your issues panel. Given the nature of the service being issue management, I wouldn’t expect the completed/done issues to muddy the list, much like how Jira doesn’t show completed tickets in a sprint when closed as they’re no longer relevant.
I see the business case for you to invest less in your issues portal since users manage issues within their respective tools like Jira. Regardless, a thought is to add the filter params into the URL so it can be bookmarked to achieve the desired views with fewer clicks else quick filters out of the dropdown.
Additionally, given the hierarchy of the status and total counts chips, I expected clicking on them to create a filtered view of issues. Instead, it takes me to the analytics view, which was a bit unexpected.
My360CRM
This number only appears in the lightbox/popup when I have clicked on the list, but if I reach the card through its corresponding link, the number x/n (current of total) does not appear.
