Mark Issues as Duplicates

- Allow users to mark issues as duplicates and merge them into a single ticket.
- Provide an option to link duplicate reports to the original ticket.
- Give users the ability to close duplicate issues and direct feedback to the main report.
Use Case
- Sometimes, multiple people report the same issue, creating duplicate tickets.
- Users don’t always check existing requests before submitting new ones.

Labeling issues that have already been reported

A feature that shows that a problem has already been reported would be extremely helpful.
For example, a note or point such as: “This issue has already been reported.”
Similar to markup, so users immediately recognize that their feedback already exists and avoid duplicate reports.

If there is a malfunction that affects everyone there is 10 or even more bug tickets for the same bug. Then there is also 10 bug tickets in jira. We then need to link them so once the one bug ticket is closed we can close the other ones. If we don't do that and merge the tickets the feedback loop is broken....
Also around reporting it would be good to be able to merge those tickets cause otherwise reporting looks a bit off....
Ideally, once the user types in a bug description/title the system would recognize, that there is a similar issue and would ask the user if this is what he/she meant and then just add the users email to the existing ticket.

Some people don't always look at the already submitted requests. I would like the ability to Close or Duplicate status and then Link it to the other Marker.io ticket.
