They should be able to reply to these notifications directly from their email, and their response should appear as a comment in Marker.io . No additional login or form-filling required—just hit reply, type a response, and send. Use Case A client receives a notification about a new comment on their feedback. Instead of clicking a button, logging in, and navigating to the comment thread, they simply reply to the email. Their reply is posted as a comment in Marker.io automatically.
