We use the same issue types and forms across our projects, and having defaults configurable at the account-level would save a lot of time recreating these for each project (e.g. types of Enhancement, Bug, Discussion, with corresponding forms and fields configured).

Then once a new project was created, we would only need to map our integration to the correct external project, like the default Bug form functions today.

For other users this could also provide a collection of issues and forms to select from, in case their feedback collection needs differ between projects.
