Feedback on Static Designs (EG: Images, PDFs & Powerpoint files)

Instead of giving feedback only on websites, we'd like the ability to collect feedback on designs and static assets like PDF and Powerpoint files.
For now, we do have this workaround:

As a work around. I just found that if I stored it on Google drive or a cloud drive. The link would appear in a browser and allow feedback on the static document.
