Use Case
  • Some teams work closely with clients or external stakeholders who submit feedback through Marker.io.
  • These clients may refer to the
    Jira ticket ID
    when discussing issues with the internal team.
  • Previously, guests could see this ID inside Marker.io
  • With the current setup, guests now see
    only the Marker.io ID
    , while team members see both.
Current Behavior
  • The
    integration ID (e.g. Jira ID)
    is
    visible to team members only
    inside Marker.io.
  • The is included in the
    integration ticket description
    (e.g. in Jira: _“Issue details: Open in Marker.io — #M-81”_), so team members can reference it from there.
