Widget in WebViews and PWAs

Make the widget load and display correctly when a web app runs inside a native WebView or as an installed PWA.

Reported so far:

iOS WebView: the widget doesn't load, because the WebView user agent isn't recognized
.NET MAUI WebView: the widget doesn't appear, while the same site works in Safari
iOS and Android wrapper apps: teams want the widget inside the wrapped web app
Safari PWA: the reporting screen overlaps the Dynamic Island
