Feature Request: Dynamic Variables Mapping Description: Implement a feature that allows users to map dynamic variables to widget fields within Marker.io . This enhancement would enable the integration of various data points, such as the reporter's email or browser version, into the custom fields of existing integrations. Key Benefits: Enhanced Data Accuracy: Automatically capture and map relevant data, reducing manual entry errors. Improved Workflow Efficiency: Streamline the reporting process by pre-filling custom fields with dynamic data. Customizable Integrations: Provide greater flexibility in how data is collected and utilized across different platforms and integrations. Use Cases: Automatically map the reporter’s email to a designated custom field in project management tools. Allow teams to customize or remove the pop-up message that appears after someone submits an issue. Right now, the message says: “Issue created – click here to open.” This message links directly to the issue page. Use Case Some users find this message confusing, especially non-technical people who only intend to report an issue, not view it afterward. In some setups, the linked issue page might not be the right place for reporters to go. For example, when communication happens through integrations like ClickUp, Trello, or others. Giving teams control over the message (or the option to hide it) would make the reporting flow simpler and clearer for their users. Possible Options Let teams edit the message text. Let teams remove the pop-up entirely. Optionally, allow linking to a custom thank-you page or message.

Ability to see past feedback directly in widget. This will help avoid duplicates and would create this feeling of "drop a pin comments" feedback on the site

We’re considering a feature to allow video and GIF issue reporting, similar to Loom, to improve bug tracking and website issue submissions. Collect feedback by customizing the widget form in different languages

You can add a prefix to the title for the guest form, but can't do so for the member form. We use prefixes for every one of our tickets, so it would be great to have the ability to prefix member titles too.

Build a Mobile SDK that allows Marker.io to be embedded inside native mobile apps. Support for frameworks like React Native, Flutter, Capacitor, Ionic, and Angular. Allow teams to collect in-app feedback and bug reports directly from iOS and Android apps.
